Zimpot End User License Agreement

This agreement governs use of Zimpot, a private tool operated by Philippe Hamel CPA ("we"), that connects to QuickBooks Online.

1. Use

Zimpot is provided only to persons we have authorized. You may connect only QuickBooks Online companies you are entitled to access, and you agree to follow Intuit's terms for QuickBooks Online and its developer platform.

2. Your data

You keep ownership of your QuickBooks data. You authorize Zimpot to read and write accounting records in the connected company, within the accounting scope only, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Accuracy and review

Records created by Zimpot are drafts of bookkeeping entries. You are responsible for reviewing them, including GST/QST treatment, before relying on them for filings or financial statements.

4. No warranty

Zimpot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

5. Termination

You may stop using Zimpot and disconnect it at any time (see Disconnect). We may suspend access at any time.

6. Governing law

The laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada apply.
